I was born and raised in the Houston area. I am an alumna of Texas Christian University and also University of North Texas. My Sorors and I wear crimson and crème and OO-OOP when we see each other (IYKYK). I’m a music lover and probably get on my husband and kids nerves with the amount of singing I do around the house and in the car. I love fashion, and have an interest in most things health and beauty related.
I’m just out here living life and with the help of the good Lord, doing the best I can! I like to write so the blog is my way of fulfilling that dream since Essence magazine hasn’t called me yet. I’m just sharing my life, likes, and experiences in hopes that I can help or encourage someone else on their journey.
