If you know me, then you know that health and beauty is my jam! To that end, I feel it only right to periodically share some of my current health and beauty favs for self-care with you. I love learning about new products that others are into and thought I’d share the love of what is on my current list of self-care must haves. I am a skin and body care junkie but was able to narrow it down to the 3 products I use almost daily to show myself some love.
This Mother’s Shea is my favorite shea butter baby! It comes in various scents, but you know ya girl, I love florals, so it’s the rose scent for me! It’s a unique rose smell, but I like it. It’s also a really nourishing shea butter. I rub it on my hands and elbows especially at night after a shower. I am glad I found this product just in time to get me and my dry skin through the winter months ahead! Honey, I love this! Get you some!!
I am always on the hunt for a good candle, so I am glad I found this Chloefu Lan candle on Amazon. The white gardenia fragrance smells amazing and rivals the fragrance of more expensive candles I’ve tried. It’s also very affordable and since it’s on Amazon, I can order it in just a few clicks, and it’s delivered right to my door (no more running around town because only a few stores sell my candle of choice). I light this candle every night for my wind down shower and it sets the perfect mood for relaxation after a long day. Love, love, love!!
Now let’s talk hand care. I love this Olay hand wash! It’s of course another floral pick and it smells soooo good!! It has hyaluronic acid in it so it not only cleans but also acts to help with hydration to preserve the look and feel of your hands. It’s like dabbing on a bit of fragrance after a hand wash which we all know is a very important self-care step especially during covid peaks and cold/flu season. I would describe this as a luxurious hand wash. Everything from the look and feel of the bottle to the powerful fragrance and hydration gives queen vibes. If you’d rather not buy it in bulk on Amazon, Target usually sells individual bottles.
